Property improvement options range from simple property presentation improvement to cosmetic facelifts,  and structural building options.  We aim to offer choice to ensure that it suits the desires and outcomes that you are seeking for your individual property investment.

Presentation Improvement
– Focused on minor property improvements to reduce negative feedback from buyers by fixing broken items, making small improvements internal and external to further enhance the value and entice a potential buyer.  


Property Styling – Property Styling can be arranged which will attract more buyers to the property as it will stand out from other properties on the market.  Property Styling creates a sense of warmth in the property which attracts buyers.  


Cosmetic Renovation – Designed to give your property a facelift that will add perceived value at a low cost, ensuring that we focus on appealing to the majority, not the minority.  

Cosmetic and Structural Renovation
– A cosmetic renovation will be completed, however there will be some structural works completed to rearrange old floor plans and open up spaces.  This will create a more desirable and modern layout. 

Complete Renovation – A more extensive renovation than cosmetic, it would involve extensive planning, structural changes, and possible extensions.  A higher cost option most suited for an owner wishing to improve their house and avoid the extra costs of government stamp duties, moving costs, etc to find a new house or for a house in dire need of improvements.

Development Renovation – For larger block sizes, possibly cosmetic or structural renovation to the existing property with the view to subdivide a portion of the land to sell on.  We organise planning and permits to construct a new property on this land.
